Hi Jacqueline, your order was a Pre-Order with the expected ship date shown throughout the product page, checkout, and order receipt. Unfortunately, we did miss your expected date, but we sent you and send an email update about the delay. We also upgraded your order to 2-day Express shipping, so it actually arrived 5 calendar days after the last expected ship date, which is likely faster than when it would have arrived with Free Shipping.
We try to prevent any late shipments, but there was an expected delay with processing our incoming stock due to the holiday season. We do pride ourselves in communicating any such changes, as well as the expected ship dates for Pre-Orders to the best of our ability.
