Due to the current environment, orders normally ship within 1 to 3 business days, but may take up to 5 business days.

With Free Shipping (within lower 48 US States), please allow up to 3 to 10 business days to receive your order due to possible carrier delays during this unprecedented time, once your order has shipped.

For faster delivery, you can also select Express shipping for a modest additional cost. Orders shipped by Express are expected to ship by the next business days and 2 business day transit time.

Pre-Orders are expected to ship by date shown on your order receipt and during checkout. Estimated ship dates on Pre-Orders are subject to change due to transportation and production timelines.

We are based in the US, but also currently ship to the following countries:

Hong Kong SAR China, Israel, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, U.S. Outlying Islands, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico

During checkout, applicable shipping charges will be calculated.

For orders placed November 11, 2021 or after, all shipping, duties, taxes, and fees are included in the shipping cost shown. Please contact us if you have any issues or questions.

Free shipping is applicable to orders within lower 48 US States. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout if you are not in the lower 48 US States.

Due to popularity and new colors/designs, some products may be available for Pre-Order.

All Pre-Order items are clearly designated with a "Pre-Order" button and message on the product page. A Pre-Order message with expected in-stock and ship date is shown throughout checkout and on your online order confirmation.

Pre-Orders are charged at the time of purchase. You may change or cancel your Pre-Order any time prior to shipping. Your 100 Night Sleep Trial starts when you receive your sheets, so you can buy with confidence!

All dates are estimated. We will contact you in the case of any changes to the stated timeline, due to circumstances beyond our control. We want to get your sheets to you as soon as possible! If we miss your stated date by a couple days, we may upgrade your shipping method at no additional charge, if it can help you receive your sheets faster.

If you prefer cool & crisp sheets like a luxury hotel, our Cool sheets with a Percale weave are a soft, luxurious, and breathable percale weave (one under, one over) that get softer with every wash. Percale is perfect if you live in a warmer climate or sleep hot.

If you prefer a silky smooth feel, our Luxe sheet collection with a Sateen weave is soft as butter. Sateen weave is 1 under and 3 over, which exposes more thread surface giving Sateen its trademark sheen and silky feel. Sateen is also woven more tightly, so runs slightly warmer than Percale, so they are perfect for winter months or if you like to be very cozy in bed.

Either way, you'll love the luxury and ease of your One Bed sheets!

All sheets are machine washable and dryable. In short, lower heat and natural detergents are better:

Machine Wash Cold or Warm

Tumble Dry Low or Line Dry

Iron on Low Temp (Optional: we do not iron our own sheets regularly)

Do not use bleach fabric softener. Use a natural fabric softener or try this simple recipe for a fabric softener

With proper care, your new One Bed sheets will last for years to come!

Yes, absolutely! Especially our cool & crisp Percale sheets start out crisp, but get softer with every wash. After several washes, they will be both very cool but soft, like sheets you'd find at a five-star luxury hotel.

Percale does have a crisper feel than Sateen, so we'd recommend our Luxe Sateen collection if you prefer smoother sheets.

All 100% cotton sheets will wrinkle, when no artificial fibers or chemicals are used. Imagine a cotton t-shirt versus a polyester shirt.

The best trick is to remove your sheets just slightly damp from the dryer and let them air dry.

Embrace some wrinkles, but be sure to remove slightly damp from the dryer as an easy trick to reduce wrinkles!

One Bed Luxe and Cool sheets are crafted with love and care in 50+ year old factories in Israel and India.

One Bed Stay On Mattress Protector is made in China.

All One Bed sheets are designed in California.

We are based in San Diego, California. Some items may ship from third-party shipping locations in the US only.

One Bed sheets are available in standard mattress sizes (US). You can see our Size Chart here for dimensions.

You have 100 nights to ensure your sheets are right for you.

Because One Bed sheets are luxury 100% long staple cotton, they get softer with each wash. We ask you try your sheets for 30 nights or more to give them several washes. We recommend washing your sheets weekly for this reason (and for good hygiene). If they still aren't a fit for you, we  will arrange a return label for you and donate your sheets to a charity in need.

Before buying, we also recommend reading what sheets to choose, either Cool or Luxe, to pick the best fit for you according to your preferences.

If all items in your order are completely unopened and unused (and your order was shipped to US), you can use our Create a Return tool to create your return label. You can track the status of any return as well.

One Bed is covered by a 1-year limited warranty. This warranty applies to original purchasers of One Bed and is limited to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, negligence, or damage associated with improper use or improper laundering of One Bed.
