Returns and Cancellations Generally: One Bed wants to ensure that you are happy with our products, so we recognize that there are some situations where you may want to return a product. Below are One Bed’s policies governing Order returns and cancellations.
Non-eligible Products: Gift cards and items marked “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns.
Cancellations for other reasons not discussed above: Our team works hard to process orders immediately to get your luxury bedding to you as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your cancellation or modification request. However, we cannot guarantee your order can be cancelled or modified.
