Cool & Lazy Split King Sheet Set

I have struggled for years with loose fitted sheets on my adjustable bed. Then I discovered One Bed. The fitted Twin XL sheets on my king bed have not slipped or popped off since I put them on. Not one sing,e time no matter how high I raise the head. I am a senior citizen with lung issues so I really gave these sheets a work out. One Bed has answered my prayers.

I ordered the split king percale sheet set. Guess what I got? The most perfect percale sheets imaginable! For those reviews that mention thin, wrinkled, crisp and noisy sheets with a one star review...perhaps they do not understand the nature of long staple cotton, the percale specific weave and the breathability. Percale is not meant to be thick, soft and silky, wrinkle free, and "noiseless." But they do get softer with each laundering. So if they are not exactly as soft and you wish, just keep using them and you'll find that softness If you are wanting super soft, drapey sheets, right out of the bag, order the sateen and I'm sure you will be thrilled. For me, a thin, crisp, percale is what I want and it's so hard to find. Long staple cotton is incredibly strong as well as soft so no worries about the thinness. There are sheets for everyone and I know that One Bed has them. Order what you want but do a little research on your own to make sure your desires meet your order specifics. These are better than my grandma's line-dried sheets of the 1960s. I don't normally wake up in the night but I have a puppy who requires going outside once or twice during the night. The first thing I notice before I get out of bed is how amazing these sheets feel. I sort of look forward to crawling out of and back into bed. The pillow cases are the same and have an envelope enclosure that secures the pillows. That said, if you have queen size pillows and order standard size cases, it will be a tight fit. I didn't pay that much attention when I ordered an extra set of standard size to go with my king sheet set. They fit my extra pillows but if I was to order again, I'd take advantage of the queen pillowcase offering. These sheets have a wonderul elastic band on the edges that help secure the sheets, beyond the all around elastic that comes with a fitted sheet, which really helps on an adjustable bed. I've washed them and noticed no shrinking but they may shrink a tiny bit as time and washings go by. I'm perfectly fine with that as they are ample, as is. There is the really helpful little tags on the tops and sides of the fitted sheets so you are not trying to find the right direction when you put the sheets on. And on the wrinkling...they wrinkle just enough for me to know they are percale but honestly don't wrinkle as bad as some sheets that are chemically treated to prevent wrinkling.

Look - you spend 1/3 of your life in bed. If you want to sleep cool and wake up refreshed, get the Cool & Lazy set. If you love extreme softness, be sure to order the Luxe & Lazy set. But, by all means, spend your hard earned money here and you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend One Bed sheets!

PS - for those reviews that mention a string or thread hanging somewhere, just snip it off. Not a huge deal at all.

We’ve been sleeping on these sheets for almost a week. They’re crisp and cool but not “scratchy”. I also like the elastic that is keeping my fitted sheets in place when we raise & lower our heads/feet. My only complaint is that the top sheet is a little too short. I do plan to order at least 1 more set.

These are very good sheets. They feel substantial and good quality. Never heard of this company before, but will order more. Got the cool and lazy split king for use with adjustable frames. They work well.

Adjustable bed is much easier to make and sheets are comfortable. Sheets stay on adjustable mattress.
